The New Zealand Coaching & Mentoring Centre Ltd (or NZCMC) provides a full range of coaching & mentoring services to organisations, integrating programme design, training, and one-to-one leadership coaching or mentoring.

Based in Auckland, New Zealand, we have provided professional services throughout NZ, mentoring programme consultancy and mentoring training throughout Australia and internationally since the year 2000.

Prior to 2009, when the name was changed to reflect the changing focus of our business, we were known as the New Zealand Mentoring Centre, or NZMC.

Professional Associations & International Standards in Mentoring

The New Zealand Mentoring & Coaching Centre is actively involved in promoting standards of practice in the profession and we keep abreast of international trends and practice. We regularly attend and present at international conferences in New Zealand, Australia, the United States and Europe.

We are members of the board of the International Standards for Mentoring Programmes in Employment and members of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council.

We are also international associates of Clutterbuck Associates in the UK, one of Europe's leading providers of mentoring and coaching programme support.
