The New Zealand Coaching & Mentoring Centre Ltd (or NZCMC) provides a full range of coaching & mentoring services to individuals and organisations, integrating programme design, training, and one-to-one leadership coaching or mentoring.

Based in Auckland, New Zealand, NZCMC works with clients throughout Australasia, Asia Pacific, the Middle East, the USA and the UK on a range of coaching and leadership development projects.

Professional Associations & International Standards in Mentoring

The New Zealand Coaching & Mentoring Centre is actively involved in promoting standards of practice in the profession and we keep abreast of international trends and practice. We regularly attend and present at international conferences in New Zealand, Australia, the United States and Europe.

We are members of the board of the International Standards for Mentoring Programmes in Employment and members of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council.
