Aly McNicoll has been involved with coaching and mentoring in NZ and Australia for the last 12 years with a particular interest in training. She has refined techniques for both introducing coaching as a skill set and promoting learning as a way of being in teams and organisations.

Wendy Baker

Wendy has extensive experience in training and facilitation in the business and education sectors throughout New Zealand. She has designed and facilitated performance management and mentoring programmes, strategic planning processes, focus groups and conferences for a wide range of teams and organisations.

Patti Gwynne

Patti has had her own private mentoring and coaching practice since 2001 and is a Director of the New Zealand Coaching and Mentoring Centre. She works with, CEO's, senior managers and entrepreneurs, and emerging leaders wanting to step up to the development of Leadership competencies to enhance their growth. Patti utilises her own experiences as a CEO and understands the challenges and often lonely space that senior leaders occupy. Her expertise and passion has developed specifically around Coaching for ‘Mental Toughness' and 'Wisdom Intelligence'.
