Sam has over 10 years’ experience developing training programmes and coaching professionals in the public sector in relation to risk-based decision making, change management and organisational commitment. He coaches leaders to develop and communicate clear strategic direction, encourage staff innovation, facilitate leadership potential, and, increasingly, foster corporate social responsibility. Specialising in working with new generation leaders, he has developed the Team Engagement Checklist © as a pre/post-coaching measure to ascertain the level to which team engagement has been achieved. Sam has held managerial, supervisory and coaching positions in the health, social and criminal justice sectors in England and New Zealand.

Terry is an executive mentor, working with CEOs, senior executives and managers who are wanting to grow their capacity and effectiveness as leaders.

Terry was the managing director of a highly successful international environmental and engineering consultancy for seventeen years. He is a practitioner facilitator at the New Zealand Leadership Institute, University of Auckland and a professional company director.

Robyn supports a wide variety of people and organisations as a mentor, coach and communications consultant. With extensive experience as a communications and marketing director she adds depth to mentoring those challenged by connecting effectively with a wide variety of audiences - from customers through to colleagues. She also coaches and mentors clients who are initiating career-life change.

At the organisational level she has led a number of communication audits, marketing and branding strategies, market research projects, and professional and personal development programmes for a wide range of organisations.
