Alison Quesnel
Alison Quesnel has gained a large breadth and depth of experience working for organisations ranging from large Corporates and SMEs, to Not-for-Profits. These organisations, have operated in a wide range of categories, sectors, and channels. Alison has for many years worked as a business mentor and has her own consulting business Defino Ltd. She works with SMEs in a coaching and mentoring role, and as an executive mentor with CEOs.
Alison has extensive experience in different roles including reporting to boards as a CEO and as a director, and understands the needs, aspirations and frustrations commonly experienced by executive managers and chief executives.
Her responsibilities have included general management; export and new market development and management; sales, marketing, brand and distribution management
and business skills training.
Alison's Public Sector responsibilities have included:

- Trustee, Equal Employment Opportunities Trust
- Appointee of the Ministry of Economic Development's Small Business Advisory Group
- Appointee of the Government's Food & Beverage Taskforce.
