Monika Levinson Ph.D.
Monika has worked in Human Resources and Organization & Leadership Development from startup to Fortune 100 companies for 15+ years. She has worked in-house and also operated on her own as coach, vcounselor, trainer, and consultant for private clients as well as for-profit and non-for-profit organizations.
Monika has experience in a wide range of industries, including telecommunication, semiconductor, health services, video-game, artificial intelligence, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, education, and real estate.
Monika was born and raised in Germany where she spent the majority of her life. Over the last 12 years, she has lived and worked in Singapore and the U.S. and now calls New Zealand home.
In her spare time, Monika loves to read, hike, cook, enjoy movies, live performances, culture, and art.
Monika provides Leadership Development and Organization Consulting services, primarily to clients in Australasia and the U.S. She works as an executive coach with senior leaders and teams to identify strengths and development opportunities to facilitate growth and increased effectiveness. Her primary focus is on empowering leaders, managers, and team members to reach their next level of leadership, particularly by leveraging self-awareness as one of the most effective means for growth and develop-ment. Monika also works as a consultant, trainer, and facilitator for small and large companies, globally and across industries.
Monika earned her Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from CSPP (California School of Professional Psychology) in San Francisco and her Masters in Psychology from the Technical University in Braunschweig, Germany.
