Our Executive Coaches & Mentors

Our coaching team comprises of carefully selected mentoring, coaching and change management professionals. We have coaches in Auckland and throughout New Zealand, and can provide a coach in most major cities, or by phone and internet video conferencing.

Following a discussion about the individual coaching needs of a client, we will pair them with an appropriate coach from our experienced and qualified team.

Coach Selection Criteria

All our coaches:

Have a minimum 5 years supervised practice.
Undertake regular supervision themselves for continuous professional development
Have a minimum undergraduate qualification or accredited coach specific training.
Are a member of a professional association (for example, ANZASW, NZPA, NZAC, ICF).
Maintain a minimum of 10 hours professional development per annum.
Adhere to the NZCMC Code of Ethics and Standards
Have personal indemnity insurance

Patti Gwynne

Associate Certified Coach (ICF)

Senior Associate Coach

Patti has been mentoring and coaching since 2001 and is a Senior Associate with the New Zealand Coaching and Mentoring Centre. She works with CEO's, senior managers and emerging leaders wanting to step up to the development of Leadership competencies to enhance their personal growth and strategic thinking. Patti utilises her own experiences in Senior leadership roles and understands the challenges and often lonely space that senior leaders occupy. Her expertise and passion has developed specifically around Coaching for ‘Resilience' and 'Wise Leadership'.
