Our Coaches & Mentors
Our mentoring and coaching team is comprised of carefully selected mentoring, coaching and change management professionals throughout New Zealand. Our principal mentor, Patti Gwynne, coordinates the relationships between our clients and our Associates.
We take great care in pairing our mentors and coaches with our clients and accordingly offer a no obligation discussion with the client and mentor before committing to the mentoring partnership.
Selection Criteria for NZCMC Associate Mentors
The New Zealand Coaching & Mentoring Centre prides itself on the selection criteria for its associate mentors & coaches. The professional pre-requisites for our Associate Mentors are:
- Has a minimum 5 years supervised practice.
- Undertakes regular supervision themselves for continuous professional development
- Has a minimum undergraduate qualification or accredited coach specific training.
- Is a member of a professional association (for example, ANZASW, NZPA, NZAC, ICF).
- Maintains a minimum of 10 hours professional development per annum.
- Adherence to the NZCMC Code of Ethics and Standards
- Has personal indemnity insurance
