This one-day evidence-based coaching seminar provides the opportunity to learn from leading coaching psychology practitioners.

In his coaching practice, David typically works with senior executives facing transitions or major organisational change.

Michael has a particular interest in solution focussed approaches and coaching in complex systems. They will outline the key features that enable you to build a coaching model fit for the complex issues faced by executives in today's economy.

The content includes: the case for coaching, its purpose, perspective and process, moving from existing models to those that deal with cognitive complexity, the competence you need and creating an approach that can be evaluated and deliver a return on investment.

This Masterclass is for executive coaches, workplace coaches, independent practitioners and those interested in developing their evidence based thinking and practice in coaching and coaching psychology.

Professor David Lane

Professor David Lane is the Research Director of the International Centre for the Study of Coaching at Middlesex University and a senior international executive coaching practitioner. He is best known for his work in the development of professional standards in mentoring and coaching for the European Mentoring & Coaching Council and is the author of ‘The Case for Coaching'.

Dr Michael Cavanagh

Michael Cavanagh is a Coaching and Clinical Psychologist and Deputy Director of the Coaching Psychology Unit at the School of Psychology, University of Sydney. An academic and a practitioner, Michael has over 17 years experience in facilitating personal, group and organisational change and is a frequent presenter at international conferences.

If for some reason you are unable to attend a course you have registered for you may send another person in your place, or transfer your enrolment to another available course.

Generally, 7 days notice is required for a full refund or credit. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a service fee of $85.
