NZCMC train staff at Bahrain Polytechnic

New Zealand Mentoring & Coaching Centre director Aly McNicoll is travelling to Bahrain to train over 100 staff members at Bahrain Polytechnic.

As the cornerstone of their 'Teaching & Learning Symposium', Aly will be presenting a series of one day trainings, including sessions on coaching skills, The Mentor's Toolbox, creative training techniques, The Power of Peer Mentoring & Managers as Coaches.

As a relatively young institution, Bahrain Polytechnic wants to foster a coaching & mentoring approach to both working with staff and students.

The training will take place over 2 weeks in July. Aly will stay on to take part in their anniversary celebrations, and perform with the Bahrain Ukulele Group.
