The New Zealand Coaching & Mentoring Centre provides on-site training courses and public workshops for coaches, corporate mentors, managers and mentees throughout NZ, Australia and internationally.

Practical Training Courses & Workshops

Our training courses are highly practical and take a toolbox approach to training - providing step by step models that result in effective mentoring outcomes. There are plenty of opportunities for discussion and participants are constantly applying the concepts to their own organisational setting.

Skills are built through a series of exercises designed to give participants a taste of effective mentoring in both the roles of mentor and mentee. Most courses come with a participant reference manual that provides a valuable resource for ongoing learning.
