Based in Auckland, New Zealand for more than 15 years, we work with clients throughout Australasia, Asia Pacific, the Middle East, the USA and the UK on a range of coaching and leadership development projects.
The New Zealand Coaching & Mentoring Centre is actively involved in promoting standards of practice in the profession and we keep abreast of international trends and practice. We regularly attend and present at international conferences in New Zealand, Australia, the United States and Europe.
We are members of the board of the International Standards for Mentoring Programmes in Employment and members of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council.
Aly McNicoll has been involved with coaching and mentoring in NZ and Australia for the last 12 years with a particular interest in training. She has refined techniques for both introducing coaching as a skill set and promoting learning as a way of being in teams and organisations.
