Aimed at senior clinicians or staff who are moving in to supervision roles or beginning to supervise others, it is suitable for new or experienced supervisors.

7 Tools for peer supervision or mentoring groups
Peer supervision differs from other forms of supervision in that it doesn’t rely on the presence of a more qualified, identified expert in the process – a supervisor. Peer supervision can ensure that more people have more access to more supervision and this in turn impacts on the quality of service for clients. In one training day participants are introduced to this team based approach to supervision, and a toolkit of processes that enable them to set up.
