NZCMC vaccination policy

From 1 January 2022 anyone attending in-person NZCMC events and courses will be required to be fully vaccinated (have had both Covid vaccinations) and comply with the NZ Government COVID-19 Protection Framework known as the  traffic light system.

If you register for in-person NZCMC courses and events you also agree to adhere to our COVID-19 safety measures. These measures are based on NZ Government COVID-19 Protection Framework around physical, mask wearing, distancing, good hygiene practices and contact tracing.

If you are unwell or have any Covid-19 symptoms, please do not attend the course or event. Contact our administrator admin@coachingmentoring.co.nz to  discuss options.

In some instances it may be necessary for the NZCMC to cancel courses and events because of Covid-19. Where this happens, we will contact you prior to the course or event and we will be in contact with you to discuss options.

We will maintain attendance lists for contract tracing & record keeping purposes

Our courses and events will have no more than 100 people in any defined indoor space.

All NZCMC personnel are double vaccinated.

Safety plan for courses and events

The NZCMC Covid-19 safety plan for in-person courses and events follows each venue’s mandatory protocols to ensure health and safety measures adhere to NZ Government COVID-19 Protection Framework protocols such as:

  • Attendees must either scan the QR code on site, or sign a register.

  • Physical distancing, face covering as required by the traffic light system at courses and events.

  • Hand sanitiser will be available and we encourage good hygiene practices and we endorse the use of face masks.

  • If you are unwell, have any Covid-19 symptoms or have been at a location of interest recently, please do not attend the course or event.

  • If anyone in your household is awaiting a Covid-19 test, is self-isolating or has recently self-isolated, please contact us prior to attending the course to discuss your options.

If you have any other queries please contact us.
