Wendy has extensive experience in training and facilitation in the business and education sectors throughout New Zealand. She has designed and facilitated performance management and mentoring programmes, strategic planning processes, focus groups and conferences for a wide range of teams and organisations.
Wendy has management and small business experience in the retail and accommodation industries and a background in Human Resources for a large Institute of Technology. Her special areas of interest are performance management, mentoring, customer focus groups and staff orientation / induction. She offers training to individuals and groups at all organizational levels and takes pride in providing training that isrelevant and "makes a difference" to management and staff.
